Mountain Air Music Series

This June, The Ouray Hot Springs Pool presents the Mountain Air Music Series. This is the newest FREE outdoor concert series on the Western Slope, held each Thursday in the month of June in Fellin Park next to the Ouray Hot Springs Pool in beautiful Ouray, Colorado. Featured is incredible live music along with great food, non-alcoholic beverages, and beer and wine for purchase. Each concert is a multi-faceted family-friendly affair, with great kids’ entertainment to go along with the music. On Thursday June 14th, the featured band will be The Pimps of Joytime, a road tested and audience approved groove machine whom provides a unique combination of musical elements, including afrobeat, rock, hip-hop and electronica. There will be local brew by the Ouray Brewing Company to benefit the Ouray Volunteer Fire Department. On Thursday June 21st, the featured band will be O’Brien Party of 7 featuring Tim and Mollie O’Brien, Bluegrass. The opening set will be by Mike Gwinn & The North Fork Flyers, with local brew by the Horsefly Brewing Company to benefit the Ouray Mountain Rescue Team. On Thursday June 28th, the featured band will be Chuck Prophet, with an opening Set by Billy Franklin’s NOLA Live and local brew provided by Telluride Brewing Company to benefit the Ouray Ice Park. The Ouray Chamber Resort Association and the Ouray Parks and Recreation Committee are proud to announce this collaborative effort, which adds another month of programming to the existing Western Slope music series happening on Thursdays in Ridgway through July and Paonia through August.
