Four Corners Restaurant Welcomes New Chef

The Four Corners Restaurant welcomed locals and resort guests last week with a brand new menu and newly appointed Head Chef, Nick Mozealous at the helm.

IMG_2793Our new menu offers a “fresh take on local cuisine from the region, using ingredients from near-by farms with a Southwestern twist on flavors” says Nick, a Colorado native.   Nick graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts in Chicago, and has extensive experience in restaurants with a true passion for cooking. IMG_2794

Four Corners  Restaurant is open daily:

Breakfast 7-11am, Sunday Brunch 7-2,  Happy Hour 4-6pm, Open for Dinner Wed-Thurs 5-9:30pm.
