Tony Criscuolo has taught yoga and related disciplines for over 45 years. He has worked with professional and collegiate athletes, high school students, and people of all ages and shapes. Tony’s approach is specific to the needs of the student. His training in yoga centered on the Iyengar and Ashtanga disciplines as well as the practices of Bhakti yoga.
Before committing to yoga as a life-style in 1976, he was an officer and flight instructor in the USAF, taught psychology at the college level, and earned a full scholarship to Fordham College in NYC as a basketball player.
